My Favorite Honolulu Neighborhoods: Mariner’s Cove, in the Hawaii Kai Region

 

Mariner’s Cove is a subdivision of 416 homes, many built in the late 1990′s. Many of the homes are marina front and have boat docks. Lot size is about average, or roughly 7,500 square feet. Some of the original homes were built in the 1970′s, however many have been extensively remodeled.
