My Favorite Diamond Head Beach Condos: Colony Surf
Colony Surf: Colony Surf is one of the largest condominium complexes in the Diamond Head Gold Coast area, and is located near the outrigger canoe club and has the popular Michael’s restaurant in the lobby for fine dinning with an ocean-view. It also sits on one of the few, large sandy beaches.
There are180 units in studio and one bedroom/one bath configurations in a mix of fee simple and leasehold. And, as with all condominiums in the Diamond Head area, oceanfront buildings are across from the 500+ acre Kapiolani Park with jogging trails, exercise stations and tennis courts.
